Selected as winner of the contest "Murashot", organized by Acquario della Memoria, with the patronage of Fondazione Pisa, Comune di Pisa, Mura di Pisa, Yallers Toscana, Nanof, PEM in conjunction with the Internet Festival, hosted in Pisa from 10 to 13th October. March 2018
My photography series about the snowfall of early March in Pisa has been selected as winner of the contest 'Raconte-moi ta ville' organized by the association 'Angers Jumelages'. The french city of Angers is twinned with Pisa since 1982. At the end of May I will be invited as guest in Angers, where a exhibition of the winning images will be inaugurated.

Three photos have been selected as finalist at SIPA 2016 (Siena International Photo Awards) in category Architecture.
One of them has passed a further step of judgement (the so - called Nomination), the last before the winners announcement.
March 2016
One of my photos has been awarded the 1st place in category "Visions" at the contest "Tre scatti per 100 anni - Milano allora, ieri e oggi" dedicated to Pigi Rabolini, a milanese photo amateur who makes a photo reportage in the 70s, capturing 20 places already shooted in a photographic series at the beginning of the 20th century.
The contest, organized by the association "Chiamale Storie" and MEMOMI, had the patronage of the "Città metropolitana di Milano" and the Association of architects, planners, landscape architects and curators of Milan area, in collaboration with the foundation "Piccolo Teatro di Milano" and Archivi Alinari.
The winning photo, together with the winning images of the other two categories "Reportage" and "Looks", has been printed and exhibit in Nina Vinchi cloister of Piccolo Teatro (Milan, Italy) from 14th to 26th March 2016.
